Onion rings


Ingredients:

2 onions sliced into rings by using slicer knife .
2 cups of milk using silicone measuring cups.
1 teaspoon of salt using 5 measuring spoons.
Oil for fry.

Directions:


Sink the onion rings in the milk and leave it for 3 hrs in the refrigerator.

Heat the oil to 190◦C in the frypan.
Mix the salt and flour ,then remove the onion rings from the milk ,and coat it with the mixture of salt and flour, and remove the exceed flour.
Fry the onion rings , then remove it from oil using strainer for perfect removal of the excess oil and serve it hot.
