Daoud Bacha



500 gr of mince meat
4 medium onions
5 garlic cloves
400 gr of tomatoes or a tomato tin
50 gr of flour
A cube of meat stock
1 Tsp of tomato paste
Salt pepper, nutmeg, cinnamon


Shave one onion add to the meat, add salt pepper cinnamon and nutmeg. Mix well, then form into meat balls the size of a walnut.
Roll in the flour to cover all sides.
Fry meat ball in a little oil or a non stick pan.
Fry the rest of the onions and garlic with or without oil, add the tomato tin or crushed tomatoes,add the meat stock with a cup of water and let it boil.
Throw in the meat balls and the tomato paste and cook for 15 minutes.
Make rice with vermicelli to accompany and enjoy.
